The Inside Self-Storage World Expo is the self-storage industry's largest conference and tradeshow. Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of speaking at ISS at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas! My presentation primarily focused on using AI in the ideation stage of the content creation pipeline, industry social media updates, and a bit about Google's helpful content updates. Definitely nerve-wracking for my first professional public speaking gig. I'd like to thank my friends at Toastmasters—the real VIPs.

As the youths would say: 2024 is giving “pivot!” (... Did I just sound old?! I swear I threw out all my skinny jeans!!) In all seriousness, and as a lifelong learner, the past year has truly kept me excited and constantly adapting. Traditional 'tried and true' marketing strategies no longer seem to be as effective. So, I've been focusing on innovative, authentic, and unique ways to connect with audiences. Better content for our customers, better results for us.
